How I got here
When I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 34—while raising three kids under five—it completely upended my world. The journey from shock and isolation to self-empowerment was long and bumpy, but it sparked an accidental passion that changed the trajectory of my life. After previous years of working in freelance writing and marketing to build other people’s businesses, I chose to channel my communication background and my lived experience into a new mission.
What began as a desperate search for answers quickly turned into an accidental passion. I wanted to understand my own brain, but more than that, I wanted to help others understand theirs too, with less shame and guilt. With my own lived experience and endless curiosity, I pursued a formal Neurodivergent Coaching Certification through NSNS and founded Divergent Roads.
My unexpected diagnosis has become my passion.
Certified Neurodivergent Coach through the Neurodivergent Specialist Network and Society (NSNS) — a globally recognised certification body for neurodivergent coaching and support.
What I bring to this work
I come to coaching not from a textbook, but from lived experience — as someone who has navigated late diagnosis, as a parent who has had to advocate for neurodivergent children, and as a person who has had to unlearn a lifetime of masking and self-doubt.
I know what it feels like to finally have language for something you've always known. I know the grief that can come with a late diagnosis, and the relief. I know how exhausting it is to move through a world that wasn't designed for your brain.
That's the understanding I bring into every session. Not pity — but genuine recognition.
Lived experience
Late-diagnosed myself, and a parent of three neurodivergent children. I'm not speaking from the outside.
No fixing, only supporting
Your brain is really okay. It's just been given the wrong owner's maual. My role is to help you work with it, not against it.
Gentle and honest
